Tempura battering machine realized the batter coating by dipping the products into the battering bath. It is widely used in the tempura products, meat, poultry, seafood and vegetables.
-The products is moving with between the upper and lower mesh belt. It can completely dip into batter.
-The scope of upper and lower mesh belt can be adjusted.
-Batter of high viscosity also can be successfully coated.
-The percentage of batter on the product can be controlled by adjusting the blower system.
-Two pieces of ice tank are installed on the two sides of the battering tank to keep constant temperature which can keep good quality of batter.
-Conveyor speed is controlled by frequency controller which can adjust speed.
-All is made of stainless steel which is corrosion resistance. Easy to disassemble and easy to clean.
